KYC Policy

Please read this Know Your Customer Policy carefully before using our Service.

1. Introduction

The Company is committed to maintaining a safe, secure and transparent gaming environment.

As part of this commitment, the Company applies Know Your Customer ("KYC"), customer verification, fraud prevention and risk management procedures.

These procedures are designed to verify the identity of our customers, confirm that customers meet the minimum legal age requirement, protect customer Accounts, prevent fraud and identity theft, detect the misuse of payment methods, and support compliance with applicable anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing requirements.

By creating an Account, depositing funds, placing wagers or requesting a withdrawal, You agree to cooperate with our verification procedures and provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when requested.

3. Eligibility and Age Verification

The Service is available only to persons aged 18 years or older, or such higher minimum legal gambling age as may apply in the Customer's jurisdiction.

The Company may request proof of age at any time.

  • Acceptable documents may include a valid passport;
  • national identity card;
  • driving licence; or
  • other government-issued photographic identification document accepted by the Company.

If the Company is unable to verify that a Customer meets the applicable minimum age requirement, the Account may be restricted or suspended until satisfactory verification has been completed.

Where the Company determines that an Account has been opened or used by a minor, the Account may be closed and handled in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements and the Company's Terms and Conditions.

4. Customer Identification and Verification

The Company may verify a Customer's identity at registration, during the business relationship, before processing certain transactions, when predetermined or risk-based thresholds are reached, or whenever verification is considered necessary.

  • Personal information: full legal name, date of birth, nationality, residential address, telephone number and email address.
  • Identity verification: a clear copy or image of a valid government-issued identity document.
  • Address verification: a recent utility bill, bank statement, government correspondence, tax document or other acceptable proof of residential address.
  • Payment method verification: evidence demonstrating that a payment method used on the Account belongs to or is legitimately controlled by the Customer.
  • Financial information: documents or explanations concerning Source of Funds and, where necessary, Source of Wealth.

The Company may use electronic verification methods and third-party verification service providers where permitted.

The completion of registration or acceptance of a deposit does not prevent the Company from requesting additional verification at a later stage.

5. Document Requirements

Documents submitted for verification must be valid, authentic, legible and complete.

The Company may reject documents that are expired, altered, damaged, incomplete, blurred, cropped in a manner that prevents verification, or otherwise considered insufficient.

The Company may request:

  • a new or higher-quality copy of a document;
  • an alternative identity document;
  • a live photograph or selfie;
  • a liveness verification check;
  • a video verification session;
  • a certified or notarised copy;
  • additional financial documentation; or
  • further information regarding the Customer's activity or transactions.

Providing false, forged, manipulated or misleading documentation may result in Account suspension or closure and may be reported to the relevant authorities where required by law.

6. Ongoing Monitoring

KYC is an ongoing process and does not necessarily end after initial Account verification.

The Company may monitor Account activity and transactions throughout the Customer relationship. Verification information may also be periodically reviewed and updated, particularly where:

  • Account activity changes significantly;
  • transaction patterns are unusual or inconsistent with known customer information;
  • significant deposit or withdrawal activity occurs;
  • multiple or third-party payment methods are identified;
  • the Customer's identification documents have expired;
  • the Customer's personal information changes;
  • the Account is identified for enhanced review;
  • fraud, payment abuse or suspicious activity is suspected; or
  • additional checks are required for legal, regulatory or risk-management purposes.

Customers must ensure that the information registered on their Account remains accurate and up to date.

7. Source of Funds and Source of Wealth

The Company may request information and supporting documents to understand the origin of funds used for gambling.

Depending on the circumstances, acceptable supporting evidence may include employment payslips, bank statements, business income records, tax documents, investment statements, company ownership information, inheritance documentation, property sale agreements or other evidence reasonably demonstrating the legitimate origin of funds or wealth.

Requests for SOF or SOW information form part of the Company's risk-based compliance procedures.

Failure to provide satisfactory information or documentation may result in restrictions being applied to the Account, including restrictions on deposits, gameplay or withdrawals, until the review has been completed.

8. Politically Exposed Persons and Sanctions Screening

The Company may screen Customers against applicable sanctions lists, PEP databases and other compliance databases.

Where a Customer is identified as a PEP or otherwise presents an increased compliance risk, the Company may conduct Enhanced Due Diligence ("EDD").

EDD measures may include obtaining additional identification information, establishing Source of Funds and Source of Wealth, requesting management approval for continuation of the relationship, and conducting enhanced ongoing monitoring.

Being identified as a PEP does not automatically prevent a person from becoming or remaining a Customer. The relationship will be assessed according to the Company's risk-based procedures and applicable requirements.

9. Payment Method Verification

Customers should use payment methods held in their own name.

The Company may request evidence of ownership or legitimate control of a payment method.

The use of third-party payment methods may be rejected, restricted or subject to additional investigation.

Where appropriate and operationally possible, withdrawals may be processed back to the payment method originally used to deposit, subject to applicable payment-provider rules, technical limitations, security requirements and compliance checks.

The Company may delay the processing of a transaction while payment ownership, identity or transaction activity is being reviewed.

10. Single Account Policy

Each Customer is permitted to maintain only one Account unless the Company has expressly authorised otherwise.

The Company may use identity information, payment data, device information and other security indicators to detect duplicate or linked Accounts.

Where duplicate Accounts are identified, the Company may restrict, suspend or close such Accounts in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and applicable requirements.

11. Withdrawal Verification

The Company may conduct or complete verification checks before approving a withdrawal, including:

  • identity verification;
  • age verification;
  • address verification;
  • payment-method verification;
  • transaction review;
  • fraud screening;
  • Source of Funds review;
  • Source of Wealth review where appropriate; and
  • any other reasonable compliance checks.

A request for verification does not imply wrongdoing by the Customer. Such reviews form part of the Company's security and compliance procedures.

Customers are responsible for providing requested documents promptly. Processing times may be affected where requested information is incomplete, unclear or requires additional review.

12. Account Restrictions and Suspension

The Company may temporarily restrict an Account while a KYC, fraud, security or compliance review is being conducted.

Restrictions may include the temporary suspension of deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, transfers, gameplay or other Account functionality.

The Company may close an Account where the Customer provides false or misleading information; refuses or repeatedly fails to complete required verification; submits fraudulent or manipulated documentation; uses another person's identity or payment method without legitimate authority; creates prohibited duplicate Accounts; attempts to circumvent restrictions; or engages in activity prohibited by the Terms and Conditions or applicable law.

Where required, the Company may retain funds, return funds to their legitimate source, reject transactions or report relevant matters to competent authorities, subject to applicable law and regulatory obligations.

13. Customer Cooperation

Customers are required to cooperate with reasonable KYC and compliance requests.

When contacted for verification, You should provide the requested information and documents through the approved secure communication or document-upload channels indicated by the Company.

Customers should not send sensitive documents through unofficial communication channels or to persons claiming to represent the Company without verifying that the request is legitimate.

14. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal information and verification documents collected during the KYC process will be processed in accordance with the Company's Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection requirements.

Information may be processed for purposes including identity verification, age verification, payment security, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, anti-money laundering controls, risk management and the investigation of suspicious activity.

Where necessary and legally permitted, information may be shared with verification providers, payment service providers, fraud-prevention providers, professional advisers, regulators, law-enforcement authorities and other competent authorities.

The Company will retain KYC information for the period required by applicable law, regulatory obligations and legitimate compliance requirements.
